Bridging the Gap during Transition

Interim executives with D Crosson Group are skilled in the transition process. By assessing and managing immediate needs, our interim executives are able to be a stabilizing force for organizations experiencing leadership transition. Interim executives serve for 2 to 6 months, typically working 25-30 hours per week. We can step into the role of interim executive quickly, often within 2 weeks of the agreement.

Working with managers and staff, the interim can develop short-term solutions and recommend change to organizational systems, as needed.
