Laying the Foundation

D Crosson Group, LLC guides organizations through executive transitions with consultation that is tailored to meet the specific needs and circumstances of the nonprofit. Executive transition consultation may include:

• Developing a transition plan,
• An objective review of organizational systems and programs,
• Help defining a leadership agenda for the organization, and
• Planning for a strong partnership between the board of directors and the new executive director.

Other consultation may include:

• Mentoring of new executive directors
• Assisting boards in developing expectations and evaluations of the executive director 
• Program development and staffing 

Training and Workshops

D Crosson Group provides training to nonprofit boards, executive directors and others through customized training and conference workshops for statewide organizations.  The following topic areas are available:

  • Division of responsibility between board of directors and the executive director
